Raygill Cottage is situated in the small rural community of Sneaton just 3 miles inland from Whitby and can easily be found on the B1416. Off road parking is available in the lay-by outside the front door. In Sneaton there is a small village store for essentials and also a pub serving evening meals. The single storey cottage is tastefully decorated and offers comfortable accommodation for four people. At the rear of the property is an enclosed private garden. The cottage is heated throughout and there is also a electric wood burning style stove in the lounge. Heating is included in the price. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and there is a list of walking areas in the cottage. The luxury fully tiled bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle. The kitchen was refurbished this year and is fully equipped with a useful range of utensils and crockery and also includes a microwave, cooker, washing machine and refrigerator, There are two bedrooms, one large double and one twin bedded room. All beds have duvets with all bed linen and towels included in the tariff. A cot and highchair are available but please bring bedding for the cot. The combined lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and there is a television, Freeview satellite television, DVDS, Videos, books and a selection of games.
