This attractive character cottage built of hand made bricks has double glazing, full gas central heating and beamed ceilings. It is tastefully furnished with a country atmosphere to make a delightful base to return to after a day out and about or just to spend a day relaxing in. There is a small front garden with garden seats and off the road parking available for one car.

The lounge has a colour TV, radio, books, local information, magazines and games to help you relax and a coal and wood burning stove for the winter time. The kitchen and dining area is fitted out with modern attractive units, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, spin dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need. The stairs lead to the landing, shower room with wash basin and toilet. A double bedroom and a family bedroom which has twin beds and also bunk beds are furnished with co-ordinating bedding, curtains and carpets. Rambler's Cottage is the largest of the three cottages located in Garbutt's Yard.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, gas and electricity are included in the price, leaving you free from worry and able to enjoy your time in North Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people plus a baby. A cot and high chair are available on request.
