This attractive character cottage built of hand made bricks which gives the cottage an air of tradition. It has double glazing, full gas central heating and beamed ceilings. It is tastefully furnished with a country atmosphere to make a delightful base to return to after a day out and about, or just to spend a day relaxing in. There is a small front garden area with garden seats and parking for one car off the road.

The lounge has colour TV, a radio, books, local information, magazines and games to help you relax and a coal burning stove for winter time. The kitchen is fitted out with modern attractive units, and a dining area, an electric cooker with a gas hob, fridge and freezer, spin dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and all pots pans and cutlery you will need. The stairs lead to the landing, shower room with wash basin and toilet.

A double bedroom and a twin bedroom with an additional single bed are furnished with co-ordinating bedding, curtains and carpets, allowing up to five people to stay in the cottage.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, gas and electricity are included in the price. The cottage sleeps up to 5, plus a baby. A cot and high chair are available. Primrose Cottage is one of the three cottages located in Garbutt's Yard and has the same essential layout as Rambler's Cottage, but has different carpets, curtains and furniture. The cottages also vary in both internal and external features.
